Aotearoa is where we made our home. It's where we built our careers, found our community, and discovered what we really want our work to be for. We started Good Growth Studio to serve the founders and organisations building something better in this place we love. 


We've spent a combined almost two decades working in tech, with companies like Xero, Kami, and Auror. We saw firsthand what strong strategy, big budgets, sharp storytelling, and good creative can do.


Meanwhile, the community organisations and purpose-led businesses doing meaningful, impactful work are made to be extremely frugal with budgets with rarely enough resources to fund work that leads to shareholder traction, securing funds or effective campaigning. We think that's backwards. So we started Good Growth Studio to close that gap.

Creative Lead

14+ years across brand identity, motion graphics, product design, and digital campaigns. Known for moving seamlessly from concept to delivery. She has a gift for visual storytelling and educational communication.


Her clients have spanned tech, education, governance, and community organisations including Ministry of Youth Development, Sports NZ, and Kāinga Ora.


She also mentors founders through Ministry of Awesome, supporting emerging entrepreneurs with brand and communication strategy.

Her project Found In Translation was picked up by the BBC Culture, HuffPost, BuzzFeed, and Modern Met.
